The staff were exceptional and anticipated our needs, showing sympathy and empathy. The hotel is exceptionally close to the terminal, as close as you can get without parking on the runway. The room was clean with a comfy bed and good bathroom facilities. The hotel's location is very convenient, being just across the road from the airport, making transportation to central Cork easy.
